Turkey, turkey, and more turkey

We always bake our own turkey after Thanksgivings. We look forward to leftovers much more then anything. The possibilities with cooked turkey is also endless. Of course there's sandwiches. You could make great grilled cheese sandwiches with turkey, shredded cheddar and grainy mustard. I also made a really good turkey pasta with turkey broth and finish off with sour cream. There are still more plans for the rest of the meat. If we don't finish it up so fast, I might post some pictures next time.
